Falling dry on the Wadden Sea in a/your Delphia with Tornado Yachting. On Friday evening we started with a bit of theory lesson by Cees Juffermans, eventually everyone calculated their own departure time for Saturday morning. With a record number of 18 Delphia's and over 90 boarders, we left Saturday morning sailing from our harbour in Makkum through the lock to the Wadden Sea. At 14.30 it was low tide at Kornwerderzand so we found a nice place to tie up on the slab near the Verversgat. At about 13.30, most of the ships were dry on the plate and we had a delicious lunch. At about 17.00, most of the ships came off again and everyone sailing back to Makkum gone. At 8 p.m., a delicious dinner was ready and everyone got to tell their tall tales over a snack and a drink.
